⚠️ Service Alert — Downtown Memphis

We're currently experiencing an outage affecting service at Gayoso, Pembroke, 50 Peabody, Claridge, Nettleton, and Adler.

Our fiber going into our downtown data center has been cut. Our vendor has crews on site performing emergency repairs right now.

Estimated restoration is by 2 PM today, though repairs often finish sooner. This is a physical fiber cut — nothing to troubleshoot on your end.

We apologize for the interruption and will post an update here as soon as service is restored. Thank you for your patience! 🙏

Service Update: Our main facility is currently on backup power due to a local power outage. Your internet service is not affected and remains fully online. Our team is monitoring the situation and we’ll post an update once utility power is restored.

Here's where we stand across our active build areas:
🟡 Pleasant View Lucy — wrapping up, 1-2 weeks left

🟡 Lucy/Sykes Rd — starting June 22-29, est. 3-4 weeks

🟡 Chambers/Quito Rd — up next after that, est. 1-2 weeks

🟡 West Union/Rankin Branch/Cuba Millington — we want to build here next, but we need your help getting it on the schedule!

We wanted to give you a heads up about yesterday’s service disruption. The storm that rolled through caused a power surge that affected our network equipment in some areas, resulting in a temporary outage for some of our customers.
Our team jumped on it quickly and got everything back up and running. We appreciate your patience while we worked through it!

11AM a contractor for Xfinity/Comcast damaged our service line in Waverly Subdivision on North Bay and Northland. We have a crew enroute to repair it as soon as possible.

Network Service Restored

We experienced a network disruption that lasted approximately 30 mins earlier this evening around 7:30 PM that was caused by a hardware issue at one of our data center routing points, which resulted in intermittent routing instability across portions of our network.
Our engineering team identified the issue, completed corrective actions, and services have now been restored. We are continuing to monitor the network closely to ensure stability.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.
