Come join me on Friday for a fun group run around Bde Maka Ska and neighboring lakes. Goal is just to get outside with others and get the pulse up a bit. We’ll do a few miles at a comfortable pace for everyone.

Casual group run just for fun! We'll do 4-5 miles at about 10:00 minutes per mile pace. Get some fresh air, clear the mind, work up a sweat, meet cool people.
