In larger custom homes, AV is part of the construction process from day one.⁠
⁠
It starts in pre-construction, coordinating with architects and builders to define system layout, wiring paths, and head-end locations.⁠
⁠
During framing, everything is pre-wired using a home run approach. Running audio, video, and network infrastructure throughout the entire home before drywall.⁠
⁠
From there, it’s phased. Infrastructure gets installed, finishes go in, and then equipment is brought online once the space is ready.⁠

The final step is programming and calibration — integrating control systems, tuning audio, and making sure everything performs as intended.⁠
