If your business uses multi-factor authentication, you're already taking an important security step. 👍

But there are different levels of protection:

📱 GOOD: Text-message codes
🔐 BETTER: Authenticator apps
🔑 STRONGEST: Passkeys & security keys

The goal isn't to make logging in harder. It's to make breaking in harder.

Phishing emails are getting harder to spot, and for a small business, one employee clicking the wrong link can affect the entire company.

Be especially cautious with unexpected requests involving:
💰 Money or payment changes
🔐 Passwords or account verification
👔 Urgent requests supposedly from the boss

When something doesn't feel right:

STOP. CHECK. VERIFY.

And when money is involved, verify the request using a phone number you already know.

A 30-second phone call could prevent a very expensive mistake. 🤓
