We currently think the best option is to have an address book and write the passwords down. and make sure that you have 2 factor authentication turned on. We know we say it a lot, but it always comes up, Do not call any numbers from these pop ups. your pc isn't hacked because of the pop up. it gets hacked because you call the number and let them control the pc. NEVER call the number. :-)
