I’m 32… and I haven’t “made it” yet.
We put so much pressure on ourselves to look the part, to be “successful,” to present perfectly online — and honestly, social media makes it worse.
It’s been 5 years since I started Integral Business, and so much has changed.
I’ve shut down half the services we offered.
Made decisions I deeply regret.
Lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Fired friends — even ones with real potential.
And had to constantly adapt to the changing needs of our clients.
Some days, it feels like I’m right back at ground zero.
But here’s the thing:
Nothing can take away what we’ve built.
In those 5 years, we’ve helped over 5,000 small business owners get structured.
We’ve presented to over 10,000 entrepreneurs.
And we’ve inspired so many more behind the scenes.
I’m sharing this because I want you to reflect on your own wins — big or small.
Because even when it feels like you’re starting over,
you’re not.
You’re starting with experience, resilience, and proof that you keep going.
