We picked up this custom InWin Micro ATX build computer for maintenance, equipped with a Ryzen 5 2600 and an RTX 3060 Ti. 🎮🖥️

The customer mentioned high CPU temperatures, and upon inspection, we noticed a small CPU cooler and dried-out thermal paste. We cleaned the system of dust and grime, rerouted cables to allow better airflow, and removed old lighting hardware. We replaced their old CPU cooler with a better-performing one we had sitting around and applied high-performance thermal paste to finish it up.

A customer called us complaining his printer was not printing in color and black, they mentioned the printer was out of commission for about a year and half. And hoping the printer could be repair before being tossed away. We picked up the printer and found the issue right away, and started to work. We performed a complete ink flush of the printer head, ink tubes, and ink reservoirs. We top off the ink, and replaced the EcoTank to finish it up. We plugged it back in and the printer was now printing properly in color and black. We saved his printer and saved him from paying $400 for a new Epson ET-4760
