If I’m being honest, running a small business isn’t always easy. Some days feel like a blur of deadlines, to-do lists, and second (or third!) cups of coffee.

Meet Annette, a former Washington, D.C. psychologist who traded city life for the quiet beauty of the Virginia Highlands. Today, Annette is a homesteader, land steward, and passionate advocate for reconnecting with the natural world.

Through her business, she guides others on their own journeys of rediscovery with forest bathing experiences, foraging classes, and nature-based retreats — all designed to help people slow down, listen, and live more lightly on the earth. 🌎
