I’ve seen just about every desktop problem possible. Most issues I can resolve in a timely manner. There are a few problems that I just can’t fix! I’m calling this one of those.😳 I can’t repair this.

Customer: I’m pretty sure my hard drive is shot, can you fix it?
Me: What are they symptoms?
Customer: I’m pretty sure it’s dead 💀
Me: Nope, it’s dead. What happened? 😂
