This June, nine students and recent graduates will join us across software development, documentation, sales, and marketing. They’ll be working directly with our teams, contributing to real projects, and gaining hands-on experience in the mainframe industry - all at the Crystal Coast.

🎬✨ Something exciting is in the works!

A film crew spent the day at our office to capture the story of 21CS - how we’re redefining the mainframe world, investing in talent, and building what’s next.

We can’t share all the details just yet … but we promise, it’s going to be worth the wait.

We traded keyboards for the kitchen and got a taste of teamwork! 🍕

With the help of the talented staff and chefs at the Carteret Community Culinary Arts Center, our team split into groups and went head-to-head in a pizza-making competition - each team working with the same ingredients, and against the clock, to craft their best pie.

From dough-tossing to topping debates and a little friendly competition, it was a fun way to collaborate outside the office. A solid reminder that great teams can deliver just about anything, even pizza.

Thank you to Carteret Community College for welcoming us on campus and facilitating the event!

Our team always enjoys the chance to connect with others across the North Carolina tech community. It’s exciting to see how much innovation and collaboration is happening right here in our region. 🌊

We enjoyed welcoming middle school students from Morehead City, Newport, Down East, Beaufort, and Broad Creek to our office for IT Day! 💻

Students got a behind-the-scenes look at what we do with presentations on marketing and mainframes, plus a variety of hands-on activities throughout the day. Highlights included a poster-making contest and a Mario Kart competition for the winners of our mainframe-themed Kahoot. We loved their curiosity, creativity, and all the questions they brought with them!

Holiday cheer was in full swing as we gathered to celebrate this season! 🎄🎁

Our holiday party reminded us how grateful we are - not only for the incredible people we work with every day, but also for the local community that has supported us ever since we moved in.🌟

This morning, a few of our developers joined 30 students for their computer science class at Onslow Virtual School to talk about coding, problem-solving, and the many paths into the tech world. 💻

Our team enjoyed providing insights about how CS class content translates into local tech careers and the broader tech industry. The students asked thoughtful questions and inspired us with their energy.⚡

We’re grateful for the opportunity to help build the next generation of tech leaders close to home!

This Thanksgiving season, we’re grateful for the incredible community we’re part of.

Our team came together for a potluck lunch to enjoy each other's favorite family dishes and share traditions around the table. We also had the pleasure of delivering The Friendly Market cookies to some of our local partners who have so graciously welcomed us to MHC this year.🍪💛

From wine tastings to dinner pairings and a hands-on cooking class, our team had a blast at this year’s Crystal Coast Wine Expo!🍷

It was a wonderful weekend filled with learning and community spirit, all in support of local students and the incredible work of the Carteret Community College Foundation, Inc.

We loved seeing so many people in our community come together to make a difference! 💙
