This is a poster design I did for the Food Justice in Appalachia Exhibition at WVU.

Sustainable food must be produced in a way that takes not only the environment and consumers into account, but also the people who grow, harvest and process it. The COVID-19 pandemic has revealed how an economic system dependent on low-wage labor creates as many issues as it purports to solve. When profit determines every outcome of social and economic life, working people lose. This reality is on full display in our food system.

I'm working on adding my projects from undergrad to my Behance profile and I figured I would share a project I worked on in an animation class last semester. This was one of my first attempts at animation. For this project I created a Station ID for the podcast MadHappy. The goal of this project was to explore the relationship between motion and sound, and how it can be used to convey information and meaning to engage an audience.

Motion design plays an important role in television and online programming. Companies use advertising to announce thier products or differentiate themselves from their competitors. Similarly, network branding is used by a television and online company to differentiate itself from others and to encourage people to tune-in to their service offerings. Motion Designer's are responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and developing packages for networks that serve this very purpose.

I recently graduated from West Virginia University with a BFA in Graphic Design with minors in Public Relations and Advertising. During my last year at WVU, I interned for WVUGo and Adventure WV.

I have experience in branding, web design, print, production, and many more design disciplines.
