Meet Malorie! 👋

She's one of the creative minds behind the designs you see come to life here at The Stick Co. Whether she's designing a vehicle wrap, signage, or bringing a brand to life on screen, she's always creating something awesome.

Outside the office, you'll usually find her spending time with her daughter (and her self-proclaimed tiny dictator 👑), kayaking, hiking, camping, or just enjoying everything West Virginia has to offer. She's also a huge podcast fan (especially if there's a British accent involved) and, after watching this video, you'll quickly learn she might just be the world's biggest chicken enthusiast. Boneless wings, nuggets, buffalo chicken dip, sandwiches... if it's chicken, she's probably ordering it. 🍗😂

One more fun fact? She absolutely refuses to watch this bio video... so naturally, we had to share it. 😂

Earlier this year, we launched our campaign to celebrate the incredible educators making a difference in our local communities.

After reading through all of the heartfelt nominations, we selected Mr. Ostrosky (Mr. O) from Frazier High School as our winner!

What stood out most wasn't just that he was nominated multiple times—it was what his students had to say. They described him as someone who makes learning easier to understand, creates a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, and always finds a way to make them smile. The nominations showed that Mr. O has built strong relationships with his students and created a classroom where they feel comfortable, supported, and engaged.

We were honored to work with Mr. O to transform his classroom with a custom history timeline wall wrap and help create a space that reflects the subject he loves teaching.

To everyone who submitted a nomination, thank you! The stories we received were incredible, and we truly wish we could have recognized every teacher who was nominated.

To all teachers: thank you for the passion, patience, and dedication you bring to your students every day. The impact you make reaches far beyond the classroom.

Our newly wrapped box truck officially rolled out yesterday at the Advent Calendar bag pick-up, and we are still smiling about it!

We loved working with The Stick Company on this project and could not be happier with how it turned out. Keep an eye out for us, because this truck is delivering food, hope, and smiles all over Monongalia County!
