Hey, Morgantown & greater area we are excited to announce, that we started installing the several thousand of you that have signed up for our service and have been so patient.

ClearFiber Inc. has been providing service in the Morgantown greater area since 2017. As part of our expansion we have and are continuing to hire customer service representatives and technicians. We have upgraded our network to offer 10GIG to the home. We have also upgraded our billing systems to ensure that existing customers and new customers have an easy experience along with superior security.

We're making progress, Pennsylvania! You'll see our crews and trucks all the way from Mt. Morris to Waynesburg. Lightning fast, 1,000Mbps fiber internet is right around the corner. Keep checking back for updates! Don't think we forgot about you, West Virginia - we're completing both projects at the same time!

While we're still diligently working to expand our services in West Virginia, we're also very proud to announce plans to expand fiber-optic, high speed Internet at 1-gig speeds into rural parts of Greene and Washington Counties, Pennsylvania. The state is graciously delivering $200,000 in funding to ClearFiber Inc., in support of this project, as well as helping to facilitate the partnership between ClearFiber and KINBER (Keystone Initiate for Network Based Education and Research). With ClearFiber’s partnership, KINBER will be able to connect hospitals, universities, and other anchor institutions
in Pennsylvania.

ClearFiber will construct this broadband system through the center of Greene County and Washington County, PA, bringing service to over 2,000 homes with no high speed Internet access or under-served/un-reliable Internet. ClearFiber will be investing a significant amount towards the project, on top of the $200,000 of funding being generously provided.

You’ve probably seen our engineers hard at work in your neighborhood. We’re excited to say that it’s because we’re now signing up installs for 1 gigabit fiber internet! Holy cow, Morgantown!

Big, BIG things happening here at ClearFiber HQ! We’ve added 16 employees, 5 trucks, and 2 drills - all within the last month!

We know, we know. We’ve been the worst about keeping you updated about all this progress, but it has been ALL hands on deck. We’ve been working tirelessly to keep up with all the demand. We knew you’d all be excited, but sheesh - you’re blowing away our expectations!

That being said, we want to grow at a healthy rate. It’s no use making promises we can’t keep when we have new (see details below*) permit restrictions to deal with, ground to dig, and existing customers to service. So, we appreciate your patience more than you can imagine.

Stay tuned, because as we roll out all these new resources, our installation rate is going to keep moving faster. If we’ve missed your call, email, message, etc., please reach out again. We’ll do our best to get you taken care of.

*Permit Details: For those of you in Morgantown (not Westover or Star City), we now have to turn in a permit for each install. This process can take up to a month but is required by the city. We’ll schedule almost all installs out a month in advance to be safe, but in many circumstances it can be done sooner.

You want updates? We have updates! Our crews are working around the clock to bring service to Morgantown and as many surrounding areas as possible. Here's some info on their progress.

Westover - We service almost all of Westover. Sign up today!

Star City - We are now officially taking scheduled installs for Star City. We still have some building to do, as well, down Congress St. and a few other streets.

Morgantown -

We are building like crazy!

South Park - We have a good bit done, but have a lot still to do! We are working to connect to our main head end and can start scheduling installs. We are anticipating mid-November.

Woodburn - You will see us down Richwood Ave., and Darst and Montrose this week. Sign up today if you're close to Marion, East Prospect, Louise Ave., or Dayton. We'll continue to build!

Downtown - If you're off of Spruce St., Forest Ave., High St., Pleasant St., Dallas St. or Locust, we can start scheduling installs!

Everywhere else, keep spreading the word to people in your area to contact us to express interest in service!
