Hello guys and gals!

We know a lot of you are waiting for a new FREE OnDemand app(like Cinema and OnStream). And as promised, we have one for you!! There are actually tons of apps like this and there always have been. What we have always tried to do is find the very best one, that is also the easiest to use, and with NO popup ads. And we have found it!!!

In our last post, I explained that the FREE OnDemand(like Cinema and OnStream) apps are not our apps, but that the Live TV app IS OURS. So, for clarity, some of our customers have been thinking they are paying for the OnDemand apps, but they have always been FREE. Free to download, and free monthly. Literally no cost anywhere. Only the LiveTV app has a monthly charge. And that will be the same going forward! The only thing that will change is we are going to charge $10 to install the OnDemand app for you. These installs are time consuming and we are simply charging for our time. That is it. To download the new app, its not as easy as putting a code in the Downloader app, like some apps in the past. There are a lot more steps involved. Now, you're more than welcome to do the research and install ANY OnDemand app yourself, which would be free for you to do.

I have always prided myself in that we have never raised our prices for ANY of our services, the whole 15 years that I have been open, even through all the inflation in the world! So, I am very happy to say that the $10 charge will be the only change in any of our fee’s in the 15 years we've been open!

So basically, there are 2 options for you to have the FREE OnDemand Movies and TV Show app again;

1) Bring your device(Firestick or Android Box) and remote in and have us install it for you, for $10 each device. Every 3rd device will be free (ex. If you have 3 devices, then it will be a total of $20 instead of $30 for all 3 devices.)

2) Go online and do the research to install any OnDemand app, yourself. This option would obviously be FREE where you're doing it yourself. I will give you good advice on this option to get you started. Go to Google.com and search “best free OnDemand apps in 2026”.

**Now, if you have purchased an Android Box from us in the last 3 months, then we will not charge ANYTHING to install the new app. It will be FREE.**

I also want to remind anyone that is bringing it in for us to do, PLEASE BRING YOUR DEVICE(FireStick or Android Box) AND REMOTE so you don't have to make any special trips back in.

I want to thank you all for your patience as we tested the new app this past week. We look forward to getting everyone back to watching their favorite Movies and TV shows! We will see you soon!

**CLARIFICATION POST**

CLARIFICATION:
Hello everyone! This is Tyler from One Stop Wireless. It has become apparent that I need to make a post for clarification on our TV service and what you're paying for. For 8 years now, we have installed 2 apps to your Firestick or Android Box. 1 app is our Live TV app, which is OUR app and it has a monthly fee to it. The other app is an OnDemand app(like Cinema and OnStream) that gives you FREE Movies and TV Shows. We have never charged anyone for this app. It is FREE and a great bonus to coming to us for TV!

The confusion is, some of our customers think they are paying or have paid for the OnDemand app(like Cinema and Onstream). But it has always been FREE. The other confusion is some of our customers think the OnDemand apps (like Cinema or Onstream) are our apps, but THEY ARE NOT. The only app that we have any control of is the Live TV apps, which is the only app you're paying for.

I say that to say this, we have received a lot of phone calls, tons of Facebook messages, and emails about OnStream not working. And, I thought it would be best to make a post, because it'll be impossible to get back to everyone, individually. So, I just wanted to clarify that we have NO CONTROL over ANY FREE OnDemand app, we have only just installed them as a bonus to having our LIVE TV app.

SOLUTION:
🚨🚨🚨The most recent app most of you are familiar with is OnStream. OnStream is based out of the Venezuela, and it is rumored that the bad earthquake that hit there about a week ago, has caused their server to be down. Where we have no affiliation to them, we don't know for sure. But the timeline matches for when they stopped posting the newest Movies and TV Shows.

So, what to do from here on the OnDemand apps....... Over the years, there have been tons of OnDemand apps, like Cinema and OnStream. If you have been with us long enough, then you'll remember Terrerium, Morpheus, PopCorn, etc. There have been a lot over the years, so there will be another good FREE OnDemand app coming soon. OR/ It is also very possible OnStream repairs their servers and continues like normal.

WE WILL KEEP YOU POSTED HERE ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE!! THERE WILL BE A SOLUTION, AND IT WILL COME SOON!
