Hello guys and gals!!

This post is to address the free "OnDemand" apps like Cinema, Film+, BeeTV, etc. Amazon, is day by day disabling those apps on the Firesticks. Some of you are already "disabled" and some of you are getting a "warning" when opening those apps. Amazon is doing this because those apps CAN be used illegally, although we DO NOT teach anyone how to use it that way. We show you how to use it legally, but unfortunately, Amazon has pulled the plug on all of those apps. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT OUR LIVE TV APP, as they are totally separate things altogether. We only have control over the Live TV app as far as that goes, and the Live TV app will continue to work on Amazon products. Amazon has been slowly cracking down on 3rd party apps, so we had a feeling something like this was coming.

THE SOLUTION!!👇👇

USE A ANDRIOD BOX/STREAMING DEVICE GOING FORWARD!!

The issue is only with Amazon devices (Firesticks and Fire TV boxes), so Andriod boxes and Android streaming devices will work going forward!! And Andriod Boxes will also work with our Live TV app, and they always have in the past as well. So that is the solution. Either get yourself an android box(eBay, Amazon, BestBuy, Wal-Mart, etc.) and bring it in to have it flashed. Or, come in to the shop and buy one a a discounted price.

Cinema, FilmPlus, BeeTV, etc have been great to use over the last 5+ years, providing Movies and TV Shows completely FREE!! So, if you want to continue using those apps, you just need a new Android streaming device going forward!

🔊 NEW UPDATE IS FINISHED!!! 🔊

The update was completed this morning, which lasted almost 1 day long. We do apologize for the longer update, as this is something above us, meaning it's not something we control.

So, to receive the new update, all you have to do is logout of the app, and simply log back in. That's it!!

If you need your login information, it'll be on the business card we gave you when you started service. If you don't have that, try to call us, message us here or some by the store. Now, because we are getting tons of calls, messages, etc, it may be hard to get thru to us. Our phone rings as soon as we hang up the last call. And we've received tons of messages as well. So we are doing our very best to get to everyone.

Now, if you log back in and the channels play, but no TV guide, then follow these steps. From home screen of firestick, go to settings (⚙️), then click applications, then click manage installed applications, then scroll down to our live TV app and click it. Then click clear cache and clear data. Once that is done, then click launch application and simply log in to the app and you're all set!

I hate that I have to make this post, but it has gotten to this point! Our Live TV service is doing an update that is does almost annually. If you've been with us for over a year, you would remember these updates. Sometimes, it's a couple hours and it's finished, sometimes it has taken a day or two. This update has now been 1 day, and some of you guys are acting like it's the end of the world. I'm getting very frustrated at the comments and messages that some have left. Most of you guys have been great, but a lot of you have NOT. And I have now lost my cool with those folks!!

Its quite simple, anything electronic needs to have updates. So this is an update. Sometimes updates are a couple hours, sometimes a couple days. That is why we have recommended the other FREE apps that we installed on your FireSticks. And beyond that, there are apps like PlutoTV that give you Live TV for free. They don't have all the channels that we have, but they have plenty! So we are giving you other options until this update is finished. Please use these options and as soon as our app is back up and done with updates, we will make a post and let you know!

The things that won't help AT ALL:

1)making snarky comments on here, over the phone, in store about a simple update

2)having us repeat the same sentences about the update 5+ times.

3)telling us it's not working 5+ times in a day, like we don't know that.

4)telling us your going to go to another company if we don't get it fixed.
-this is a worldwide update, so any other IPTV providers will have same update.

We just need you to understand this from our end. You guys are simply not getting Live TV for a day or so while it updates, while we're getting thousands of people contacting us at once about a simple update, then them getting upset like it's the end of the world.

I have never made a post like this, but I've had enough!

Also, you are not in any contract with us. If you would like to leave our service, you're more than welcome!

Here is a tip for anyone looking for college football on our TV service!! Don't worry about what channel the games come on, just go to the NCAA Football category and it will have every single game in it!! This is how you want to watch any sporting event. Don't worry about the channel, just go to the category for the sport.

So for example, for NFL games, go the NFL category. If you want pro hockey, then go to the NHL category. Etc.

Hello everyone! I just wanted to post about an issue that keeps coming up, in hopes of giving clarity. The issue is, our phone line. We get 100+ calls every single day and we answer the phone every single time. We also have a lot of customers in store, everyday. Because of this, we have to put some calls on hold while we take care of the customers in front of us. Of course this also means our line is busy alot. We are getting angry calls and messages about getting a busy signal when they call. But that's the issue, if it's a busy signal, it means we're already busy with someone. And it's usually 3+ people at once that we're helping, on top of the phone calls.

So please understand that we are not ignoring you! We are just simply covered up and have to put some calls on hold.

Alot of our calls are for payments , so a solution that would help is for customers to pay their bill with PayPal or CashApp! That way you wouldn't even have to call or come in. You can just pay the bill online with PayPal and/or CashApp. Message us here to get info about making payments that way.
