Our business phone number was hijacked on Friday of last week. Someone used it to call people all over the country. We have worked with our service provider and believe the issue has been fixed.

If you allowed anyone to take control of your computer please be sure to get a virus clean up done on it. Scammers are after 2 main things, money and your personal information. Most scammers are located outside of the country and are out of our police jurisdiction. Please be safe and have a blessed day.

Well.... this is something to be aware of. One of our customer's just called the number that was provided in the paperwork for his new printer that he just purchased. The person he got on the line with had a very strong foreign accent and was trying to sell him a router / firewall and was trying to sell him virus removal services. Ummmmmm.... Printer companies don't sell routers, firewalls, and they don't perform virus removals. These companies really need to do some research on who they outsource their technical support to.

Due to the current environment that we find ourselves in, we will be running on somewhat limited hours. In order to limit the risk of exposure to the Covid-19 for both our customers and technicians, please call ahead to schedule an appointment.

We are extending our offer of free pick-up and delivery for business custoemrs inside Moses Lake. For business customer's outside Moses Lake, we are offering 1/2 price pick-up and delivery. This offer is good through April 15, 2020.
At this time we cannot do pick-up or drop offs for residential customers.
