Today, we remember the heroes who never made it home. 🇺🇸

The sons. The daughters. The mothers. The fathers. The friends. The brothers and sisters who hugged loved ones goodbye, put on a uniform, and answered a calling greater than themselves — carrying courage into places most of us will never see, believing that protecting others was worth everything.

Memorial Day is not about barbecues, long weekends, or the beginning of summer.

It is about sacrifice.

It is about folded flags placed into trembling hands.

It is about empty chairs at family tables.

It is about Gold Star families carrying unimaginable loss while holding immeasurable pride.

It is about brave men and women who gave their tomorrow so we could have today.

Freedom has always come with a cost. And for some families, that cost was everything.

As we gather with those we love, may we pause and remember those who cannot.

May we thank God for the blessings of freedom and never forget the price paid to protect it.

May we honor the fallen not only with our words, but with how we live — with courage, kindness, gratitude, and faith.

In the face of alarming trends in school shootings, schools, policymakers, and law enforcement must use every available resource to combat this evolving threat.

Across the United States and Canada, school violence continues to pose a serious risk to public safety and to the lives of our children and educators. In today’s environment, parents should never feel they need courage just to send their children to school.

Active shooter incidents are no longer isolated—they represent a persistent and growing threat. Beyond the immediate tragedy, these events leave lasting devastation on families, communities, and society as a whole.

While no security measure is foolproof, there has long been a critical gap in technology—specifically, the ability to reduce law enforcement response time and enable real-time communication during an emergency.

IFT-911 addresses this gap.
