Power surges and outages has damaged some equipment at one of our tower sites. If your internet is out, that is why. We are working to get it replaced now but the ongoing outages are causing problems.

Our mounds connection will be going down to rebuild a route ahead of our connection. The outage should last less than 10 minutes.

Haskell’s Internet is currently down due to a tree hitting the powerlines crews are working on clearing the tree from the powerlines and it should be restored in the next half hour

5:35. Update: power has been restored.

We are aware of a current power outage that has affected Internet service to the Mounds area customers. We are working on a timeline with the power company and hopefully have things back online as soon as possible.

Update 19:30. Most everyone is back online we will have the last few back online in the morning. Expect a few intermittent outages in the morning. Thanks for your patience

Update: 10:00am. The issue has been found and repairs have already begun. Still expecting outage for at least another hour. Will update again in a few hours.

Due to the storms last night the south tower is down. The guys have already troubleshoot the issue and working on fixing it. No eta on when internet will be back up but hopefully soon. I will try and give updates every few hours if not back on yet. Please make alternate work arrangement place if need be. Thank you for your patience.

The internet is down in both Mounds and Haskell. It came back online but went down again. I don't have any updates because the phones are in and out as well. Our network is online and will come back online when our providers are back online.

We are back up and running.

Please be aware that a couple of towers have lost power and the battery backups will power down in the next hour or so. We have contacted the power company and they are working on it.

Widespread problems with the internet right now due to construction hitting a fiber line that has affected Mounds and Haskell areas. This occurred somewhere in Tulsa that has affected multiple providers.
