Hey guys, I'm super excited about this new adventure! This summer I've teamed up with South Middleton Parks and Rec to offer these fun Paint in the Park events! Make sure to sign up for the first one happening June 20th! There will be a morning and afternoon session. There are two ticket prices. One for south Middleton residents and one for non residents. Working on some art that I'm hoping to turn into prints, notebooks, and other stuff. My inspiration pics are below 😉

I'll also be set up May 9th at the post grad craft show at Big Spring High School. I'm working on some new ideas like, blind date with a book bundles, cute little coffee and book magnets, lip gloss with charms, bleach designed jeans, and more!!

Any art friends interested in presenting at Oak Flat for 5th grade career day? It's super easy. See below

Reaching out with a favor. I’m planning 5th Grade Career Day and I’m having trouble filling two of my spots. The Career Categories still vacant are:

Arts and Communication – people who are imaginative and like to use their creativity in their work. For example, sculptors, dancers, writers, photographers, designers.

Industrial and Engineering Technology – people who like working with tools or machines. They like ot use their hands to do their job. They like to build and fix things. For example, mechanics, carpenters, engineers.

Might you know of someone whose career fits one of these categories??

Career Day is scheduled for Thursday, 10/17. Arrival time for speakers is 9:15 and they would be done around 11:00. They would provide 6 sessions, 10 minutes each to groups of 5th graders – 6-10 per group. Bringing pictures or tools that help to explain their career is always helpful too! Our kids love to see things rather than just listening to someone talk

I've been busy with pet portraits this summer, painting for animal rescue fundraisers. I love painting pet portraits, but the pressure i put on myself to get everything exactly as i want can definitely be stressful.
