FYI - Anyone using INTERMEDIA for web hosting/Exchange ... MAJOR PROBLEMS today. No phones, no email, no FTP. They are the largest hosted Exchange company.

ANYONE WITH A WEBSITE HOSTED AT NETWORK SOLUTIONS ... major problems at Network Solutions over the past few days. They are under severe attacks. Some sites have been down for days, some are just now going down. Let me know if you need help moving your site. Have your Network Solutions username/password ready.

ANY LOCAL PTD.NET CUSTOMERS ... There is a spam message going around to PTD.NET customers regarding "ptd.net Webmail Deactivation" and it asks you to reply with your username, password and date of birth. Ignore it. It's a scam.

ATTENTION ALL WINDSTREAM WEBSITE HOSTED CUSTOMERS ... You may have problems connecting to your websites through FTP, Contribute, Dreamweaver, etc. They may email you new passwords. Give me a call if you get it or are having problems. I can help. 717-653-2573 or [email protected]

If you have a website that goes down in the next few days for no reason ... have your web person check the .htaccess file. There's a server virus going around affecting .htaccess files. Found 12 in the last 24 hours on 7 different hosts.
