Ever wonder what actually happens to a website after it launches?

Someone has to keep the plugins updated, make sure the forms still work, catch the little things that break after an update, and stay on top of it all every single week.

For a lot of agencies, that work can slowly pile up on your internal team — until it starts getting in the way of actual client work.
