Immediate Opening Available:
We are a busy and growing Business IT Support company. We service Tri-State area businesses with their I.T. needs. We have 2 full time positions available. We service customers remotely and onsite at their locations - Looking to grow our team with 2 additional members.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must have the below skills:
Most hold A+ or Network+ Certification.
* Managed Service Provider Experience is a plus
* Office 365 Experience in a corporate environment recommended
* Excellent phone and customer service skills
* Excellent documentation skills
* Ability to multitask and provide efficient support
* Must be a team player and able to communicate with teammates for a positive customer experience
Job Duties:
* Daily Helpdesk support and ticket management
* Office 365 Management and Administration
* Solarwinds Remote Management and Monitoring Administration and Support
* Acronis, Veeam, VMware support
* Onsite Projects, Install and Support
* Operating system installs (Windows 7, Windows 10, Server Installs)
* Warranty requests and RMA's
* Printer setup and support + Virus Removal
* Customer follow-up
* Office duties - Mailing, office supply ordering, and some other general tasks as needed and required.
Requirements:
• Must have a cell phone with internet capabilities (Smartphone)
• Must be able to do On-Call rotation every 4 weeks
• Must have a reliable car as onsite visits to customers required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Education Requirements - Minimum Associates Degree or Certificate Program
• Professional appearance and business appropriate dress required
• Hours of operation - Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm - Occasional weekend projects which are scheduled in advance.
