I get inquiries sometimes about computer hackers/computer technicians. Sometimes they may call you or you may mistakenly call them because you get a warning on your screen. NEVER call or allow them access to your computer. It's the holiday season right now and they are looking for money. They will charge you $200 to fix your pc but they will screw it up for you.
If you get a warning on your screen to call this number and to not cut off your computer, do not hesitate to pull the plug to break the connection. If you are on a laptop, hold down the power button for 20 seconds to shut it down completely or remove the battery.
Restart your computer and everything should be okay. If the warnings are still there, call a technician like me or the Geek Squad. But DO NOT call their number listed on the screen. IT IS A SCAM!!!
