Buying the wrong BTU size is the #1 HVAC mistake — and it costs you every month on your electric bill.

Too small = your system never rests. Too large = it can’t control humidity and short-cycles constantly.

The rule of thumb: ~20 BTU per sq ft (standard 8ft ceiling). Adjust for heavy sun exposure, multiple occupants, or kitchens.
