This room used to be an art studio! The previous owner is a professional artist. Her work is amazing ❤️🙏 We LOVE this room so much.

Tell me in the comments - what would you use this room for OR what do you think we’re gonna turn it into?! (I have a plan for it, but could pivot!)

And if you missed it, I shared a few posts back that were moving! NOT far… just a few mins from Franklin to Brentwood, TN ❤️🥰

Did you know Google will now show you which of your Instagram posts and YouTube videos are getting found in search? 👀

This kind of data did not exist for us before, and now it’s free and takes about 10 minutes to set up. (I did mine during 10 mins of nap time last week! Not exaggerating.)

The full how-to is in the carousel... swipe through and save it for later. It’s very easy.

Then do me a favor and send this to a fellow biz owner who’s sleeping on their SEO 🙂

And once you set yours up, come tell me in the comments: what’s the most surprising post showing up in your search results?

Mine was an old one from January about updating the copyright year on your website... it has shown up a lot in the last week for “copyright on websites.” Never would have guessed!!

In 2025 I made a list of automatic yeses and nos for my business. No exceptions. This was REALLY tough because I knew I was picking things that meant less business growth (which felt scary!) but also meant more margin for me and our family. ❤️ personal goals trumped my business goals.

I had my 3rd baby and wanted my motherhood experience to be staying home and being ALL in with my family, not my family life revolving around work. So I went from working 2 days a week down to 1 (and often 0 days as I took a long maternity leave).

Here’s what made the NO list (there’s only 3, and they were non-negotiable):

No traveling for work - I have LOVED work travel but it is hard on our family and didn’t fit in with pregnancy or the newborn phase.

No meetings unless absolutely necessary - I was cutting Zoom meetings to Loom videos or emails when possible.

No podcast guesting or summits unless it was something I really wanted to do (this one was especially hard because I LOVE guesting on other podcasts but the scheduling aspect of it didn’t work great with being a SAHM with 3 different kid’s schedules to work around).

And my plan resulted in a year I was so proud of. Dream home birth, a slower year, more space for personal growth and new ideas. I’m still living in Lite Mode here in 2026 actually. :)

Comment and tell me if you want me to build a guide/workbook on how you can create your own Lite Mode business. I’m thinking about creating something around this idea because I think more business owners could benefit from learning how to rev up AND slow down their business to fit into their personal life goals. No automation here, just genuinely want to know if this is something you’d want!

Motherhood has a way of making you feel like you’re “losing yourself” and there’s the pressure to bounce back, get back to normal, and to eventually do things the way you always did before you became a mom.

BUT you’ve changed. Let the change inspire you and GROW into this new version of you 🥹❤️

By the way - HI! I’m Elizabeth. SAHM to 3 little kids and a small business owner for 10 years. I share home systems and the how to for making income from home on hours that work with mom life. Follow along for encouragement in your motherhood journey. ❤️❤️

What do you mean you did all of this too?!? Moms are the real life super heroes ❤️🥹

I still vividly remember after having my first baby being in utter disbelief and shock that all these moms in my life had done this too - the giving birth, sleepless nights, feeding around the clock. I don’t think people intentionally don’t share it all BUT it is impossible to put the motherhood experience into words. ❤️🥹

Gave this advice on my podcast sharing what I’ve learned after running my company for 10 years. And, when I heard this clip today, it reminded me that I need to take MY OWN advice! 👀🤪

It’s all simply. not. an. emergency.
to want to pivot. to get tired of talking about the same things. to close a course, podcast, etc.

What’s your version of this? Every made a scary pivot or scary closer in your business? I’d love to hear your story in the comments!

And, if you want the full episode where this clip comes from, go listen to episode #330 of the Breakthrough Brand Podcast. This was such a fun episode where I share 10 things I’ve learned after 10 years of business.

I just want to use the em dash again without people thinking a robot wrote it. That’s it. That’s the post. 🙈

But really… Swipe for the rest of my thoughts on AI content lately — and tell me yours in the comments.

I use AI too. And I’m still concerned about what it’s doing to the way we show up online and create content.

And I wanna know if I’m off on this or not alone… please share your take below!

How do we use AI while still maintaining our voice? Do you even want to watch AI generated videos from a selfie?? What’s your take?

I’m excited to hear from you guys.

9 completely random things I’ve been loving this April! 🥰 Books, freezer meals, home workouts, and a few things that have made mom life and work life feel a little lighter.

The quiche thing has been such a good habit for us lately. Comment “QUICHE” and I’ll send you the recipe. no opt-in, just the recipe straight to your DMs! It came from my friend Kristen and i make it constantly.

Everything else is linked in my stories today! (Or comment if you want a specific link - like that sunscreen and I’ll message you)

Do you love any of these same things?? Am I the last person on the planet to discover these tortillas? 🤪🤪 let me know!
