🎧 Audio Visual Technician (High-End Residential & Commercial)

Integrity AV is looking for a skilled Audio Visual Technician who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of a professional, high-performing team.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
• Installing high-end audio, video, networking, lighting control, and automation systems
• Performing clean rough-ins and precise trim-outs
• Building organized, serviceable equipment racks
• Mounting TVs, installing speakers, configuring networks, and commissioning systems
• Reading plans and following company checklists to ensure consistent quality
• Maintaining clean job sites and delivering a polished final product
• Working alongside builders, project managers, and clients in professional environments
🧠 Systems Experience (Preferred)
• Control4 — setup and deployment
• Crestron — installation (programming experience is a plus)
• Lutron — lighting control systems (HomeWorks, RadioRA, etc.)
• Networking fundamentals (residential/commercial)
⚠️ Requirements
• 2+ years of AV / low-voltage experience
• Ability to read plans and execute from design and checklist
• Strong understanding of wiring, signal flow, and installation standards
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in your work
• Professional appearance and communication on job sites
• Comfortable working at heights — projects often involve 30’+ ceilings using ladders and scaffolding
• Valid driver’s license

• Company vans are not taken home — all vehicles return to the shop daily
