⚠️ Major Outage Update – NTVC Customers ⚠️
We are currently experiencing a major service outage affecting our fiber network.
This was caused by storm damage when a power line made contact with our main fiber line, resulting in it burning. Our crews are already on-site and working urgently to repair the damage and restore service as quickly as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience this outage is causing. We know how important reliable service is, especially during stormy weather, and our team is doing everything we can to get you back online.
