Update 12:47pm. Tower climb is required to replace failed equipment. Estimated back online time is 3pm

Tower Outage 8:45am. Wade Newland tower south of Thayer is currently offline. We will have someone on site in about an hour.

Lockhart tower took a lightning strike. Trying to get back online tonight. Will update when we have a firm time.

Jones West sector is back online.

We currently have 2 sectors offline due to hail damage. We have climbs scheduled in the morning. Jones West near Sycamore is offline and will be replaced tomorrow morning. Neodesha water tower west sector is also damaged and we are overnighting that radio to install as soon as it arrives.

Update 11:30am 4/18

Steve Hall tower has been restored

Update 10:15 pm
We have restored what we can safely tonight on Steve Hall tower. Our West sector and 5.8 backhaul both took damage and will be replaced tomorrow morning.

Tower Outage 5:15pm

Steve Hall Tower near Fredonia has taken a lightning strike/power surge. Our main router is dead and we are working on programming a new router and then testing equipment on the tower to see what else is damaged. Currently our estimated back online time is tomorrow afternoon depending on what else these storms throw at us.

We are still monitoring TableMound tower site in Independence. We were experiencing issues last night and into early morning. We have made configuration changes on the tower that have appeared to fix our issues. If anymore problems occur this evening we will climb the tower and replace the main router and backhaul link.

We were experiencing network issues at our Hall tower near Fredonia. The problem has been identified and the network is back online.

AC power is back.

Generator is up and running now.

We currently have a power outage at our main tower that provides power to our entire network. A tech is on site starting the generator now. It should be back online in about 10 minutes.
