One thing a lot of people don't realize, is how much work goes into making Direct To Film work well.
Once setup, you are constantly checking;
* If running multiple printheads making sure they are aligned properly.
* temperature and humidity levels as that is crucial for production.
* Making sure your film is laying flat and everything is tracking properly with the printer and the oven that cures everything.
* Making sure your temperature and settings on the shaker are set for the environment you're in.
* Making sure the designs are ACTUALLY print ready. You might have a file off Etsy you purchased but it might only be 72dpi and 2"x2" instead of the 12"x12" that you really needed!
This is not me complaining, just showing you the behind the scenes. A lot of effort goes into creating a truly good print and that's what I'm going to push for every time. I want everything design that leaves here looking perfect and make people happy they purchased their transfers from New Haven Design & Print Co!
