Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of end-to-end ServiceNow platforms.
• Develop and manage Service Mapping, CSDM, and CMDB.
• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Build CDM or CSDM models for diverse customer bases.
• Perform multiple API, plugin-based, and orchestration-based integrations between ServiceNow and other COTS products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to strategic platform customizations based on customer needs.
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Work independently and as part of a broader team in a virtual environment.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships, demonstrating the ability to influence and achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Experience in ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, including CMDB, Service Mapping, and ITAM.
• ITIL Foundation Certification, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM and ITOM are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Design and Architecture: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design scalable ServiceNow solutions. Create detailed technical designs that meet both immediate and long-term business needs, leveraging the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
• Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow features, customization options, and best practices. Identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to address them.
• Implementation Support: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other teams to implement ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical oversight to ensure designs are executed accurately and effectively.
• Integration and Automation: Design and manage the integration of ServiceNow with other systems, creating seamless workflows and automating business processes. Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
• Project Management: Partner with project managers to keep projects on track, within scope, and on schedule. Communicate project status regularly to leadership and clients, supporting deployment registrations to maintain ServiceNow partner status.
• Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce security plans to ensure all ServiceNow solutions comply with security best practices and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with security teams to implement robust security measures.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and implementation guidelines. Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team and the broader practice.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow advancements and industry trends. Continuously enhance your expertise to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Certified in three or more additional mainline certifications, such as:
• CIS – Customer Service Management
• CIS – IT Service Management
• CIS – Discovery
• CIS – Service Mapping
• CIS – Software Asset Management
• CIS – Hardware Asset Management
• Hands-on experience in implementing or architecting 20 or more ServiceNow applications.
• Extensive experience across various parts of the ServiceNow platform and integrating third-party technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and other relevant languages.
• Expertise in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Excellent technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
Effective conflict resolution skills to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
