When it’s Friday afternoon and you bust the carbide cutter inside a carbide shanked tool holder. BUT you have a Sinker and some tungsten carbide electrodes. Bata bing bata boom 💥 and broken carbide is removed!!!!

And the bolt that fits into the Adjustment block I just finished. The indicator pictured has Tenths graduations. Needless to say you can move the needle by blowing on it. Ok maybe not that touchy but it doesn’t take much. Given that a human hair is .003-.004” thick this indicator measures in .0001” of an inch. Yeah that’s pretty fussy.

From just over 45 lbs to just over 16 lbs. This part posed more challenges than I thought it would, if it wasn’t .0004” tolerances everywhere to an M20x2.5 tapped hole almost 3” deep this one kept me on my toes.

Finishing the riser block for the magnet on the Mitsubishi EA12S Sinker today. Next will be to finish the electrodes for these blocks and start the burning process. I’ll post videos about that coming up shortly.
