Nobody tells you that building a business means doing a hundred things that scare you before 9am. 😅

Raising prices. Saying no. Hiring help. Protecting what you've built. Betting on yourself when it would've been easier not to.

Starting a business is hard but growing the business, hiring employees, keeping a good work/life balance, advocating for yourself and your team, making decisions, holding the weight of a business on your shoulders, being a good mom and wife, etc etc is all 100x harder.

I’m thankful for my village!! And my team!! They keep this agency running every single day and allow us to work with the most amazing local businesses 🩷 The goal is always to look back at life and love what we’ve built!
