If your phone was to break right now!
Phone slipped out of your hand, it has landed face first onto the tile floor, you flip it back over and see your screen is broken top to bottom. It’s lighting up along the cracks looks like green and black. It won’t respond to your touch!

Do you have insurance?
Or, Have you had your phone so long, nothing has happened so you rarely worry about it?
Are you 100% sure you have your contacts,pictures,videos,apps, important notes, text messages, passwords?
Do you know your Apple ID/Google account?
Do you remember the password?
 These are the issues that came up when selling a customer a new phone. Because it much more than many think and why I decided replacing phone screens was more beneficial to the customer.
