Please join us in congratulating Benjamin "Benji" Thomley on his new role as
Lead Estimator & Project Support at RMC Contracting!

Benji will lead estimating efforts and help support our project management team, from bid review and pre-bid site walks to project handoffs and post-project analysis.

His role helps connect the details gathered during bidding with the work that happens after a project is awarded, supporting smoother coordination from estimate to ex*****on.

We’re grateful for Benji’s contributions and excited for what’s ahead.
Congratulations, Benji!

Tower mapping turns on-site observations into useful
documentation. That information can support future maintenance planning and engineering analysis.

The transition to 5G is more than a hardware swap; it is a structural evolution.

With a track record of over 1,000 successful 5G and LTE migrations, RMC understands that network resilience is built from the ground up. In the Florida market, "standard" is not enough. Our teams specialize in navigating the complexities of site structural compliance and baseband unit modernization to ensure your network meets modern capacity demands without the risk of downtime.

Precision engineering is the essential framework for a seamless evolution. We do more than just deploy; we harden your infrastructure for the long term.

Fiber network issues are often introduced prior to termination during early deployment stages.

Routing, cable handling, and splice preparation establish conditions that may not be identified until testing or under load in live network environments.

RMC performs fiber deployment and OSP construction with defined control over routing, splice preparation, and pre-activation validation to reduce downstream performance issues.

Most indoor coverage issues aren’t technical failures.
They’re planning gaps.

Walls, building materials, and user density fundamentally change how signals behave. Yet, many deployments still approach indoor coverage like outdoor networks.

That’s where structured RF design and DAS deployment make the difference.

Because indoor performance isn’t something you fix later.
It’s something you engineer from the start.

At RMC, we design indoor networks that perform where it matters most, inside.
Let’s build coverage that actually works.
