Assistant Office Manager Position – 20 to 40 hours a week
This is a great position for a person looking to jumpstart an admin career in the AV industry. A fast paced and friendly working environment. Primarily assistant to office management but not limited to additional upper management.
Responsibilities
• Organize and attend weekly management meetings.
• Compile to-do lists for office manager to ensure proper customer follow up.
• Retain open communication with technicians to maintain workflow and time management.
• Work alongside office manager to keep company paperwork up to date.
• Work alongside office manager to keep inventory up to date.
• Send out clientele appreciation emails at the end of each business week.
• Compile upcoming weeks to do and urgencies for upper management.
• Aiding with client reception as needed.

• 1 year experience in an assistant position or related field (preferred) willing to train the right candidate.
