One logo. A whole lot of possibilities. 🔥

One of the coolest things about what we do at Trident LaserWorks is that we're not tied to ONE machine, ONE material or ONE way of making something.

🚨 NEED IT FASTER? WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED.

We’ve officially added a RUSH / PRIORITY PRODUCTION option to the Trident LaserWorks checkout. ⚡

Sometimes a deadline sneaks up on you.

An event gets moved.

Someone forgot to order the hats. 😂

Or you simply need your project completed ASAP.

For a $35 Priority Production Fee, eligible orders can now be moved into our priority production queue so we can get to work on them faster than our standard turnaround.

A couple important things to keep in mind:

🔥 The fee prioritizes production of your order
🔥 It does not change carrier shipping/transit times
🔥 Material, blank, and product availability can still affect turnaround
🔥 Extremely large or complex orders may require us to confirm the timeline first

And, of course, if you don’t need it rushed?

Nothing changes. Our normal production schedule and turnaround remain exactly the same.

This is simply another option we're adding to make ordering from Trident LaserWorks a little easier when the clock is working against you.

Because sometimes...

Wait...you can UV PRINT on Glow-in-the-Dark Leatherette?! 👀

Yep. And that's exactly what we're doing here. 🔥

We're taking Glow-in-the-Dark Leatherette and adding full-color UV printed graphics directly to the material, opening up a whole new set of possibilities for custom hat patches.

During the day, you've got a full-color custom patch.

Turn out the lights...and the material has another trick up its sleeve. 🌙

This is the kind of stuff we love experimenting with at Trident LaserWorks. Different materials. Different processes. Different combinations.

Because sometimes a standard patch just isn't enough.

This isn't just printed. 👀

It's TEXTURED.

This tumbler was created using full-color UV printing, but we took it a step further by adding textured printing with a matte clear finish over the textured elements.

The result?

A design that doesn't just LOOK like rugged, cracked wood and bark...you can actually FEEL the texture in the print. 🌲🔥

That's one of the things we love about UV printing. We're not limited to simply putting a flat image on a tumbler.

We can work with:

🔥 Raised and textured elements
✨ Gloss and matte effects
📸 Photographs and detailed artwork
🌲 Patterns, camouflage and realistic textures

There’s just something about watching the laser reveal the finished design. 🔥

Our Trotec Speedy 300 is putting in the work on this batch of TriLayer acrylic hat patches in Stainless / Black / Orange.

As the laser engraves through the top layer, the contrasting colors underneath come to life — creating a sharp, durable patch with serious dimension and detail.

This is one of the reasons we love working with TriLayer acrylic. The finished product has a completely different look and feel than traditional leatherette or printed patches, and it gives customers another way to make their headwear stand out.
