To those who have contacted us regarding Subscription sign up this year, we sincerely apologize for being unable to accommodate you! Due to new health issues we made the difficult decision to keep sign-ups closed in 2026, and only fullfill pre-sold Subscriptions from our Black Friday Sale. Throughout the end of season we will offer any extra monthly subscription bouquets during our monthly subscription posts!

🐾 Volunteer Help Needed This Saturday! 🐾

We were really hoping to attend the Saturday Market at Petsense Middlesboro this weekend, but unfortunately Claiborne County Animal Shelter won’t be able to make it.

However, our friends at Tate’s TNR & Rescue would love to set up and represent rescue animals at the event — they just need a few volunteers to help make it happen!

If you have a couple of hours to spare on Saturday, whether it’s helping at their booth, talking with visitors, or assisting with adoptable animals, your support would mean so much. Every helping hand makes a difference for the animals they serve. ❤️

We are so excited to see everyone this Friday at the Cumberland Gap Small’s Farmers Market! There’s just something special about slow evenings in the Gap, good folks gathered together, and sharing homemade treats fresh from the oven.

We’ll be bringing a variety of your Appalachian Baking Co. favorites, but we want to hear from YOU too!

What would y’all like to see us bring to the market this season?
More stuffed cookies?
Fresh breads?
Old-fashioned pies?
Scones?
Cinnamon rolls?
Classic Appalachian desserts?

We love hearing your ideas and requests because so many of our favorite recipes have come from conversations with our customers.

So if you’re out and about Friday evening, please stop by our booth, say hello, and visit with us awhile. We truly love getting to know the people we bake for, and your support means more to our little family bakery than words can say.
