You will be shocked to know how widely adopted this program is. They have advanced mind-control technologies that they can operate remotely. They can turn your family members and friends against you with these technologies. I have seen it in action. We don't even know the whole gamut of technologies that they might have after decades of classified research. And you think you can trust an Attorney general?...
Maybe one of the reasons TIs are so viciously targeted is because their minds are not susceptible to the pepertraitors control. But due to this Technology, Many people are already being mind-controlled by them with V2K and other Electromagnetic weapons.

We see this over and over. The use of High Powered Electromagnetic Pulses combined with 1 or 2 Frequency Technologies along with Chemical Synthetic Nanotechnologies (AEROSOL), today's Criminal Element.
Basically today's Criminals are using various Technologies combined with Psychological Techniques and Tactics. What would be Beemed as, "Unrestricted Warfare and Technics".

This is for individuals with psychotronic devices, v2k and various kinds of control implants embeded for remote neural monitoring. People using these implants dont really publish
