After five years in the voice space, pioneering a category, winning 3 Webby Awards, being in the Inc 500s list and ranked in Entreprenuer magazine, we are finally changing our logo. The logo is supposed to represent who we aspire to be seen as : intelligent, far reaching , organic, connective, flowing, and technological. Think you understand Voice Shopping?

Users don't shop on voice because the shopping is easier, they shop because its easier to create LISTS on Alexa and Google.

A full 80% of voice shoppers also tend to make lists on their smart home devices. It's not that it's easier to shop with voice, but rather its easier to make LISTS and then shop. Especially grocery lists.

Big box retailers are making their way to the voice assistant world to facilitate shopping at home and big box means SCALE.

Creating and developing ontologies, (knowledge graphs) connecting existing product inventory for voice assistants is not easy but MagicCo and Walmart have been working on creating experiences with thousands of intents, slots, and utterances for Walmart's commerce partners.
