The first phase is an evaluation of the case. Itโs important for us to hear the entire story and learn as much as we can on the case.

Our fee is usually 15% of the content of the wallet, only upon successful recovery. We never take evaluation nor attempt fees.

The recovery process can take days, weeks, or even months, all depends on the complexity of the case.
