From telecoms engineer in Latin America to trusted Genesys Cloud architect on global projects. That's the journey of Gabriel Pablo Urioste Amarillo, Senior PS Consultant at Miratech. 🌎
With over 15 years of experience in contact center platforms, cloud solutions, and integrations, Gabriel wasn't looking for just another job when he found Miratech. He was looking for a place to grow.
"What attracted me was the opportunity to work with enterprise customers and international projects while continuing to develop both technically and professionally."
His role has come a long way since then. What started as ex*****on-focused work gradually evolved into something much bigger. Today, Gabriel leads customer workshops, designs cloud architectures, mentors colleagues, supports presales, and helps bridge technical and business conversations at the highest level.
One of his proudest moments? Guiding large-scale Genesys Cloud migrations involving multiple teams, tight coordination, and real-time problem-solving under pressure. "Seeing a successful go-live after months of preparation is extremely rewarding."
Beyond the technical wins, it's the people and the pace that keep him energized. Collaborating with talented colleagues across different countries, picking up new skills on every project, and staying at the edge of what's possible in cloud and AI.
His advice to anyone considering this path?
"Be curious and never stop learning. And don't be afraid to take on challenges. Some of the best growth opportunities come from stepping outside your comfort zone."
