Stagnancy will never bring you growth. I find we often feel this need to change or better ourselves/lives, but forget that actually requires doing something different. It won’t just happen. You MAKE it happen. 💫

If you’re in a slump this week, I get it. Give yourself some credit for what you’ve accomplished thus far, and move forward. I believe in you, friend ✨
