Shoptalk Spring 2026 is a wrap. And what an amazing experience it was.

Las Vegas brought together some of the sharpest minds in retail, and the conversations our team had reinforced something we already believe deeply. The next chapter of retail will not be built in boardrooms. It is going to be built in moments like these, where people from across the ecosystem come together, share what is working, and push each other to think differently.

A few things stood out from the sessions and hallway conversations this year. Agentic commerce is no longer a concept; it is becoming a reality. Physical retail is getting more personal than ever. And brands that are not thinking seriously about retention and loyalty right now are already behind.

Day 3 at Shoptalk Spring 2026. The last one, and it did not disappoint.

The floor was buzzing right through to the final session. Great conversations, great energy, and a real sense of what the next chapter of retail looks like.

Connected with teams from Brallium, Bamboo Switch Alkaloid AD Skopje, and 1440. Every conversation added a new layer to an already packed three days.

Shoptalk Spring 2026 has been a reminder of why being in the room matters. The ideas, the people, and the momentum coming out of Las Vegas are going to carry well beyond this week.

"Retail in the Age of AI" is clearly more than a theme this year. It's the question every brand and operator is actively trying to answer. And today's conversations reflected exactly that.
