Shoptalk Spring 2026 is a wrap. And what an amazing experience it was.
Las Vegas brought together some of the sharpest minds in retail, and the conversations our team had reinforced something we already believe deeply. The next chapter of retail will not be built in boardrooms. It is going to be built in moments like these, where people from across the ecosystem come together, share what is working, and push each other to think differently.
A few things stood out from the sessions and hallway conversations this year. Agentic commerce is no longer a concept; it is becoming a reality. Physical retail is getting more personal than ever. And brands that are not thinking seriously about retention and loyalty right now are already behind.
