๐ป๐ณ Vietnam's August 2026 decree wave is the busiest regulatory fortnight the country's compliance teams have seen.
On 19 August, Decree 330 brought the administrative penalty schedules for cybersecurity and personal data protection โ and four implementing decrees gave the Cybersecurity Law its operating detail: system classification, provider duties, information handling, and licensing.
The dates keep coming: location identification from 1 September 2026, false-information rules from 5 October 2026, a full National Single Window replacement from 15 October 2026, and journey-monitoring devices on commercial vehicles phasing in from 1 July 2027 to 2030.
Our new blog post sorts the whole wave by date and explains what each instrument means operationally โ and how ๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ซ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ข๐ป๐ฒ helps teams track the duties, the readiness, and the evidence without connecting to any government system or promising compliance outcomes.
