QNS Urban MKT is a new market opening this October 2013 inside the historic Standard Motor Parts building in Long Island City. From food, crafts, vintage collectibles, art and tech, we strive to feature the best of what local New York vendors have to offer. We operate Friday nights between 5pm-9pm and Saturdays from 11 am to 5 pm within a spacious room next to the COFFEED shop and right below the
Brooklyn Grange rooftop farm. During our market days we will also be offering some extra perks-on Fridays come join us for live music, food, beer and wine and Saturdays for farm access until 3 pm. By offering a taste and feel of a truly international borough QNS Urban MKT honors vendors who use their craft to tell their personal story. The market will also host Ted Talk-esq events that will showcase entrepreneurs in food, drink and tech who will share their start up stories and teach short lessons about their craft. We also will be providing a creative for chefs through our pop-up restaurant program.
