We've just made how works even more seamless and friction-free. Introducing our Media Management Platform V5.2. You’ll notice the improvements the second you log in. Our latest build is all about helping global teams work together even more seamlessly. So our updated version of MMP adds features that will help improve team workflow, collaboration and communication.
First off, we’ve added a “what’s new” screen so that everyone who logs on to MMP will be greeted with information about new features and how to use them. This means the entire team and user base will instantly be up to speed on all new features, tips and tricks that will help everyone get the most out of the system.
We’ve also improved our Help Center and added a real time chat feature so you can reach out directly to the ColSpace support team with questions.
And we’ve added a feature that will allow users to get a view of different regional plans all in one place.
The new MMP has added workflow features to help improve collaboration and the approvals process. A comments section allows for users to note changes.
