Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team and drive our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of the IT and technology landscape. Your role will be crucial in developing strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including needs assessment, solution proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
Maintain a deep understanding of our services and technology trends to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to potential clients. Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions accurately address client needs.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide timely and detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and possible issues.
Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services, technology, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
