The primary job responsibility for the Technical Recruiter include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent database and pipeline and help hire skilled employees for our Clients.
Responsibilities
• To receive, understand and analyze the client requirements from Sales people at NY office.
• To plan and prioritize according to the importance and urgency of the requirements after discussing with Sales people.
• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from Job boards and Social Media.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Coordinate with IT Sales to forecast hiring needs and goals.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
• Help the Sales people for interview coordination, salary negotiation and onboarding.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and market.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and job boards (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search, Monster, Career Builder, Ziprecuiter, Dice, LinkedIn, and others)
• Need to be a US Citizen or a GC holder
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or IT or any other equivalent degree.
• Aspiring fresh graduates can apply as well.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Compensation consists of a base salary with standard benefits with an attractive commission plan.
