Mid-market commercial properties are one of our favorites to analyze. As we’ve recently partnered with Duck Creek Technologies, we thought it would be a great idea to feature and showcase their original headquarters in Bolivar, Missouri - where it all started for them.

With a replacement cost of approximately $4,057,109, this building represents a valuable asset with both architectural and corporate significance.

The one-story building presents a compact and refined embodiment of an office structure despite its impressive spread over 23162 square feet. The construction material of choice is robust steel, featuring a facade that is a blend of metal, wood siding, and brick - each component contributing to its sturdy aesthetic while reflecting a distinct industrial charm.
