With AI uncertainty and a volatile job market pushing workers to diversify income streams, a new generation isn’t waiting around for one employer to define their future.

“In a 2025 survey (https://www.fiverr.com/news/fiverr-next-gen-of-work-report-2025) from Fiverr...more than half, 55%, said they believe traditional employment will become obsolete, and 39% reported that they are already freelancing or plan to do so to create an additional revenue stream.”

In an op-ed for Balls and Strikes, Professor Ava Ayers of PKPR client Albany Law School addressed the Supreme Court’s long history of rationalizing discrimination and argues that the current targeting of trans youth follows a familiar pattern.

Ayers writes, “Earning Americans’ respect also means living in the real world, where facts matter, and not falling for obvious lies. Too often, the Court has willingly embraced falsehoods urged on it by parties making excuses for bigotry. Trans kids are the latest victims of that weaponized gullibility.”

Amidst the recent tragedies in Louisiana and Virginia, Professor Dale Margolin Cecka of PKPR client Albany Law School penned a powerful op-ed in Slate examining the warning signs and the patterns these cases share with domestic violence incidents nationwide.

Cecka writes, “Across the country, family courts routinely default to shared parenting, minimize abuse allegations, and prioritize 'co-parenting' over safety. In doing so, they actually increase abusers’ access to victims and children, and therefore the likelihood of fatalities.”

PKPR client QC New York was featured in Time Out for the launch of its new full service dining at Casa QC Bistro! Alongside the new service, QC debuted an Italian menu crafted to extend the spa's signature philosophy of pleasure and indulgence beyond the pools and saunas.

“With this new menu, we're inviting guests to linger at the table as long as they do at pools,” said Global Chief Marketing Officer Arianna Zuffada.
