Introducing "Direct Messages" on USA Directory:

In the upcoming update, we’ve added a new way for users to message each other without leaving the site — through live direct messages. This is especially useful in single listing pages, where a visitor can start a conversation with the listing owner immediately through the new “Direct Message” quick action.

The chat window can also be accessed through the Inbox icon in the site header. When opened, all active conversations will be listed, ordered by activity. From here, you can reply to a message request, or start a new conversation with another user.
